Role Description We are looking for a Community Specialist to nurture and grow our vibrant online and offline community of over 2,000 members. This role is essential in fostering engagement, building relationships, and strengthening our brand presence across social media platforms.
As a Community Specialist , you will be responsible for:
Driving day-to-day engagement within the community
Organizing events and initiatives to enhance participation
Identifying key influencers and brand ambassadors
Developing and executing strategies to strengthen community relationships
Managing partnerships with other like-minded communities
Serving as a primary liaison for external collaborations

Your role will be instrumental in shaping our community’s future, ensuring a strong connection with our mission, and turning members into loyal advocates of our brand.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders
Experience in community engagement, customer relations, or social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage online/offline community initiatives
Experience in organizing events and fostering brand loyalty
Prior experience in women-centric communities is a plus
