Candidate must have automobile experience and the ability to handle a team for quality control and train the team on how to deal with customer enquires and complaints to give customer the satisfaction they need both sales and service.
Resolving Customer complaints timely and effectively and taking steps to ensure such complaints are avoided in future
A CRM is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of Service Marketing Executives, Customer Relation Executives, (Sales and Service) Service Advisors and Front Office Executives, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction across all touch points.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
