Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team at our Mattress Distribution showroom in Thrikkakkara, Oachira. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales. As a Showroom Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of mattresses and related products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Sales Support: Actively promote our mattress products, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to accurately respond to customer inquiries.
• Stock Management: Assist with maintaining showroom inventory and ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Order Handling: Process customer orders, manage payments, and ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries and installations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle any customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve company goals and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in retail or showroom environment).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and/or English.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Sales Orientation: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.
• Team Player: Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
