Responsibilities
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
• Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods to solve complex problems.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and apply them to enhance our data science capabilities.
• Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and data requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and improve existing models and processes.
• Data Management: Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation to ensure the quality and reliability of data sources.
• Communication: Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role in a research and development setting
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with data manipulation and analysis libraries,
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for learning and staying current with emerging trends in data science and analytics.
