Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) implementation and support
• Design, Implement and support standard technical project execution process
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management systems
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in WMS software and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution design.
• Excellent communication and good customer approach.
• Must be able to work effectively both in a team environment and individually.

Technical Skills
• At least 5 years of Java programming experience
• Knowledge of Application Servers (Wildfly, Glassfish)
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL)

Other Requirements
• Can do attitude.
• Highly motivated to bring fresh thoughts to the table.
• Highly creative and most importantly willing to exercise it
• Self-starter and Self-learner focused on research and learning.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language – JLPT L3 or above
