Job description
Btrac (Business Technology Research and Analytics Centre) is looking for an Accountant cum Administrator . The role combines accounting tasks and office administration to ensure smooth operations across financial and office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports (profit & loss, balance sheet).
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursements.
Office Administration:
Handle day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating internal/external communications.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital company records and documents.
Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with HR functions like employee leave management.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
