We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial records, assisting with reporting and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.

→ Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

→ Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.

→ Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.

→ Support in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.

→ Assist in payroll processing and employee expense tracking.

→ Maintain financial documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

→ Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports.

→ Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

→ Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

→ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

→ 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply).

→ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).

→ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

→ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

→ Good communication and problem-solving skills.

→ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

→ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

→ Experience in an IT company or a similar tech-based organization.

→ Knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, UAE VAT, and other tax compliance regulations.

→ Familiarity with financial reporting tools and cloud-based accounting software.
