Job Description:
JBM Manufacturing LLP is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This is a full-time onsite role, with a day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records in Tally.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ensure tax filings and other statutory requirements are met.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• B.Com/BBA degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
