Cipla is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Cochin/Ernakulam. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations of the assigned area. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, build relationships with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Area Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales in the assigned area

• Building relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Managing the sales and operations of the assigned area

• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and providing feedback

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• Identifying and resolving customer issues

• Developing and implementing promotional activities

• Analyzing sales data and providing reports

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of sales and operations management

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
