Job description
The role of an agent sales officer (ASO) is to oversee and manage a group of agents in a particular region.
Principal Duties:
– Inspect that agents are fulfilling sales goals and following corporate guidelines.
– Offer agents mentoring and guidance.
– Determine and address problems pertaining to customer satisfaction or agent performance.
Examine sales statistics and pinpoint areas that require enhancement.
– Represent the business at networking events and industry gatherings.
Conditions:
– A bachelor’s degree
– One to two years of sales experience, specializing in the insurance sector.
– Excellent sales skills and the capacity for independent work.
– Outstanding negotiating and people abilities.
– Knowledge of local market dynamics and proficiency in regional languages.
