Job description
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Coordinator to manage accounting tasks and support administrative operations. The role requires handling company accounts, multitasking efficiently, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and summaries for management
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and expense tracking
• Assist with administrative duties such as documentation and record management
• Coordinate office tasks and support team operations
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
• Ensure timely compliance with financial processes
