Job Description:

Vivid Diagnostic Centre is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Develop and maintain internal control procedures.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.

• Provide guidance and support to other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
