Position: Audit Manager

Location: Kochi

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI), CMA(ICWAI)

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of auditing experience, with at least 1 year in a Managerial role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager at Cloudberry Group located in Kochi. The Audit Associate will be responsible for financial statements analysis, financial audits, and conducting audits. The role will require strong analytical skills and a background in finance.

Qualifications
• Financial Statements and Financial Audits skills
• Oversee and manage audit engagements from start to finish
• Plan, execute, and supervise the audit process
• Prepare and review financial statements and workpapers
• Compile financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analytical Skills
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, auditing standards, regulations, and frameworks
• Proficiency in audit software and tools is required
• Lead due diligence or other audits as necessary
• Exhibit a strong understanding of financial reporting and audit management
• CA Intermediate or related field

The role requires an Audit Manager who can independently manage internal audits, statutory audits, concurrent audits, and prepare MIS reports.
