Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering Calls: Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, identifying caller needs.
• Scheduling Appointments: Managing the clinic’s appointment schedule, booking appointments for patients, and confirming appointments to minimize no-shows.
• Providing Basic Medical Information: Answering general medical questions and providing basic patient education, while clearly stating that they are not medical professionals and referring complex issues to doctors.
• Patient Record Management: Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, updating information as needed, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Handling Billing Inquiries: Responding to patient inquiries regarding billing, payments.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow-up calls
• Selling products/services
• Conducting market research
• CRM Handling
• Updating databases
• Reporting recurring issues to management
