Estimation & Quotation

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at VC Interiors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client interactions, preparing accurate estimations and quotations, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continuous support.
Estimation & Quotation: Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for interior design projects based on client requirements.
Project Coordination: Work closely with design and execution teams to align pricing with project feasibility.
Sales & Follow-ups: Assist in converting leads to projects by explaining cost breakdowns and value propositions.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with material costs, trends, and industry standards to provide competitive pricing.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and customer feedback for future reference.
Requirements:
Experience in estimation, costing, or sales within the interior design or construction industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, or estimation software (if applicable).
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in costing.
