Job description
As an IT & ERP Support Executive, you will understand customer issues regarding software and resolve them with the help of developers. You will maintain communication with customers until the final resolution of tickets, providing timely updates on the status of their pending tickets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand the software and its modules.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about ERP and services and obtain details of complaints.
• Understand customer complaints related to ERP and translate them to the development team accurately.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Provide training on the usage of ERP modules to clients.
• Resolve queries and issues of clients over calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer.
• Identify and document change requests received from clients.
• Coordinate with the development team.
SKILLS
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Positive attitude to attain final closure by providing solutions.
• Experience in an IT background company.
