Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives
Experience: No prior experience required – freshers are welcome!(Training will be provided)
Education: +2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Nivano Digital Technologies. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer interactions, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and promoting our products and services. Job Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Confidently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on feedback.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling customer interactions and problem-solving.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn about products.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
