Customer Success (Intern)

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated professional to add to a like-minded team. Primarily Customer Service role as well as that of a PR responsibility, to ensure a high level of service delivery to our customers and some other central support responsibilities. An all-rounder and natural relationship builder, the successful candidate will be a key member of the team, helping to shape the direction of a growing business.
You will be a doer, a real allrounder who likes to multitask and just get things done.
Characteristics of the successful candidate
A high level of organizational skills and the ability to plan, think, act and evaluate situations, whether they be opportunities or problems
Forward-thinking with the ability to think creatively and logically
Common sense approach, maturity and enthusiasm
Proficient in written and spoken English with additional regional languages
Customer-oriented approach
Excellent relationship building skills
Attention to detail and a passion for Excellent Customer Service
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively by phone, in person and over email
Comfortable in a fast paced and busy environment

Your role:

❖ Daily monitoring of client interactions on all digital media and respond appropriately on time;
❖ Build and engage with a network of media and influencer contacts.
❖ Participating in events and discussions to generate brand awareness.
❖ Producing creative and engaging copy drafts for press releases, media mailers and media pitches.
❖ Working alongside the Marketing team and providing creative support
❖ Research, shoot and edit weekly vlogs & pod casts
❖ Researching social media as a business, and creating content accordingly
❖ Presenting on camera and asking questions off camera

Requirements

What you bring?
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, or Public Relations
• Experience with public speaking, debating, MC, RJ, Vlogging is an advantage
• A clear understanding of PR, Publicity and influencer marketing
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and be proficient in another regional language
• Strong written communication skills (to report-writing standard)
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills
• Comfortable and confident being in front of the camera
