Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Inquiries & Support: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service details to provide effective support.
• Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Customer Retention: Engage customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and suggest additional services or products.
• Reporting: Record interactions and feedback in CRM, monitor customer satisfaction metrics, and report on performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
