Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing scalable data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights, optimize data pipelines, and drive business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

•Build and optimize scalable data models and architectures.

•Develop and manage data warehousing solutions to store and process large datasets.

•Implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms to derive insights and improve decision-making.

•Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.

•Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and create meaningful visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

•Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

•Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.

•Optimize query performance and enhance data retrieval efficiency.

Qualifications:

•Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and machine learning.

•Machine Learning & Analytics: Experience implementing ML models, statistical algorithms, and predictive analytics.

•Data Visualization: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib for effective data storytelling.

•Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying data solutions.

•Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

•Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

•Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
