Job Title: Junior Software Engineer / Junior Developer
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Qualifications: Any degree or PG (BSc, BPharmacy, BCA, MCA, MSc.)

Role Overview:
The Junior Software Engineer/Junior Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications. The role requires a foundational understanding of programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and databases. The individual should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Work with senior developers to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application functionality.
• Develop basic programs and modules using .NET C#.
• Maintain and update SQL Server/Oracle DB as part of the development process.
• Ensure quality by writing clean, maintainable code and conducting unit testing.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in programming.
• Address and resolve minor technical issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Be proactive in learning new technologies and techniques relevant to the role.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic Programming Skills: Understanding of core programming concepts and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries for SQL Server or Oracle DB.
• .NET C# Knowledge: Familiarity with .NET C# framework and application development.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and be proactive in learning new technologies.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new tools, frameworks, and development practices to grow as a software engineer.
