Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kannur, Kerala for a Digital Sales and Marketing Executive at CMETS. The role involves daily tasks related to market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share expansion.

Qualifications:

1. Digital Sales:

• Generate leads through digital platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue.

• Manage e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces to drive sales.

• Track and analyze sales data to optimize digital sales efforts.

2. Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn promotions.

• Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic reach.

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase followers.

• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital materials.

3. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

• Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.

• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to refine marketing strategies.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.

• Provide reports on key metrics, ROI, and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital sales, online marketing, or e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content marketing and video marketing.

• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
