Responsibilities
• Respond to customer tickets and product incidents by phone, email, and online, processing through to resolution while recording the status, further communications, and outcomes.
• Solve customer issues through a broad range of processes, methods, and collaboration with other team members, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proactively provide updates to the customer on the status.
• Work closely with the Product teams to resolve software issues and defects.
• Contribute to the development of the team knowledge base and online resources.
Requirements
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Able to communicate technical information and data verbally and in writing for a variety of audiences.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Location: Thiruvananthapuram – 695003, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
