Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated FileMaker Pro Developer to join our dynamic team at VLogic Innovation Pvt Ltd, located in Pattom, Trivandrum, a development center of VLogic Systems, Inc., a leading IT product company headquartered at USA. As a FileMaker Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance software applications, ensuring scalability, and working on innovative products that cater to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement custom FileMaker Pro solutions to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing FileMaker Pro databases and applications.
• Develop and implement custom layouts, scripts, and calculations.
• Integrate FileMaker Pro with other systems and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Perform data migration and manipulation as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
• Stay up to date with the latest FileMaker Pro features and best practices.
• Provide support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• BE /BTech /MCA
• 5+ years of experience in FileMaker Pro development.
• Proficiency in FileMaker Pro scripting, calculations, and layout design.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Ability to integrate FileMaker Pro with other systems (e.g., APIs, ODBC).
• Experience with data migration and manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with FileMaker WebDirect or FileMaker Go is a plus.
• Understanding of SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in a Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with FileMaker Cloud.
• Experience with JavaScript or other web development technologies.
