Job description
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Certifications: CA, CMA, or CPA preferred
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
