Leadership: Set strategy and vision for Data Science and ML function.

● End-to-End Ownership: Oversee model development, from data preparation to deployment and optimization at scale.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and business teams to define problem statements and develop data-driven solutions.

● Advanced Problem Solving: Solve complex problems in areas like personalization, search ranking, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.

● Research & Innovation: Apply cutting-edge techniques (e.g., deep learning, generative AI) and foster a research-driven culture.

● Business Impact: Ensure models deliver measurable outcomes, optimizing business processes and improving customer experience.

● Team Building: Mentor and scale a high-performing data science team.

Qualifications:

● Experience: 14+ years in data science, with 5+ years in leadership.

● Skills: Expertise in ML, deep learning, and large-scale systems. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

● Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful results.

● Research: Publications in top-tier ML conferences are a plus.

● Communication: Ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
