Job description
We are seeking a HR Admin to join our team. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies and procedures
• Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team events, collecting employee feedback, and tracking employee recognition programs
• Help manage the performance management process, including tracking performance goals, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting managers with employee development plans.
Qualification / Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
