Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: INKEL CITY, MALAPPURAM
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff recruitment, employee training, and migrant worker recruitment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures, as well as overseeing staff development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Staff Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for both new and existing employees.Identify skill gaps and create targeted training initiatives to enhance staff performance and productivity.Ensure continuous development opportunities for staff to improve their careers within the organization.
Migrant Workers Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for migrant workers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Develop strategies for the effective integration of migrant workers into the workplace.Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure the organization is in compliance with worker visa and documentation requirements.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and resolve any HR-related issues promptly and effectively.Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes to assess staff performance regularly.Provide support to managers in performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of staff training, recruitment, and performance evaluations.Prepare and submit HR-related reports to senior management when required.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively to all employees.Advise management on HR-related matters and legal issues.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum of 5 years). Extensive experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Strong understanding of labor laws, particularly in relation to migrant workers.Experience managing the recruitment process for migrant workers and ensuring compliance with immigration and visa regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Preferred Qualifications: HR certification . Experience working with international or multi-cultural teams.Knowledge of HR software and systems for performance management, recruitment, and training.
