Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace discipline.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate training programs.
• Ensure payroll, attendance, and benefits administration are accurately managed.
• Promote a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Address grievances and enforce company policies effectively.
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance standards in the workplace.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,472.71 – ₹58,017.80 per month
