Job Title:* HR Manager

### *Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced *HR Manager* to lead our human resources function in a dynamic construction environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, payroll preparation, periodic site visits, register maintenance, and ensuring a productive workforce. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.

– Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled and unskilled construction workers, engineers, and office staff.

– Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.

– Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards.

– Administer and oversee payroll preparation, benefits, and compensation programs.

– Develop and implement training programs for skill development and compliance with safety protocols.

– Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.

– Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address workforce challenges.

– Conduct periodic site visits to ensure HR policies and safety protocols are implemented effectively.

– Ensure that necessary registers are maintained and checked regularly for compliance and accuracy.

– Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.

– Conduct performance appraisals and provide recommendations for career growth.

### *Qualifications & Requirements:*

– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Minimum *5-7 years* of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.

– Strong knowledge of labor laws, health & safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
