Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from job postings and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR matters, including benefits, performance, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
