Job description
The HR Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, focusing on employee engagement, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role will involve supporting the HR team in coordinating initiatives, developing training materials, and assisting in the implementation of streamlined processes.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Coordination:
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day coordination tasks
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
• Participate in SOP project coordination, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Document observations related to current processes and generate detailed reports.
• Contribute to the drafting and development of SOP formats.
• Gather and provide relevant data for SOP creation and updates.
Training & Development:
• Generate engaging training presentations, including design and PowerPoint development.
• Plan and prepare induction presentations for new hires.
• Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Generate comprehensive training reports, documenting attendance, feedback, and key takeaways.
• Conduct thorough research to identify relevant training modules and best practices.
• Source and organize materials and resources for training programs.
General HR Support:* Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR records.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and employee development.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay Scale: 5k-7k PM
