What We Need in Our HR Professional

We need an HR leader (act as an owner, not just an employee follows instructions) who:

✅ Find and onboard A+ talent (Developers, Support Agents, QA Testers) // Is obsessed with building a strong talent pipeline.

✅ Develop a high-retention culture // Understands how to retain high performers through culture, recognition, and career growth.

✅ Build HR processes & performance frameworks // Develops performance-based salary and bonus structures to keep the team motivated.

✅ Implements structured performance reviews to identify top performers and guide promotions.

✅ Thinks like an owner, not just an executor.

✅ Build systems, documentations and process.

This Role is NOT for You If…

❌ You just want to follow instructions and execute tasks without thinking strategically.

❌ You are looking for a traditional HR role where your only job is recruitment & compliance.

❌ You don’t have HR experience in software/SaaS/tech industries.

❌ You don’t care about building systems that can scale talent acquisition & retention.

❌ You are not comfortable with high ownership and fast execution.

Role Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building
• Develop multiple hiring channels (WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Job boards, LinkedIn, Recruitment Agencies, etc.).
• Build a structured, always-on talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Identify and build partnerships with recruitment agencies and networks to source top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from job posting to final hiring decision).

2. People Strategy & Employee Development
• Align HR strategy with Helixo’s long-term vision and company goals.
• Develop career paths and growth ladders for every department.
• Implement structured salary bands to ensure fairness and growth-driven compensation.
• Create employee benefits, bonus, and recognition programs to enhance motivation.

3. Performance Reviews & Recognition Programs
• Design a systematic performance review framework to measure employee impact.
• Implement real-time performance tracking to identify top performers and those needing support.
• Develop recognition and appreciation strategies (bonuses, promotions, and leadership growth plans).
• Ensure the CEO has clear visibility on team performance for decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ 1-3+ years in HR in Software Companies, talent acquisition, or people strategy.

✅ Strong experience in sourcing and hiring through multiple channels.

✅ Proven ability to develop HR policies, salary structures, and performance reviews.

✅ Knowledge of employee recognition, engagement, and retention strategies.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have: Experience in remote hiring and managing distributed teams.
