PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Oversees all aspects of project Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Familiar to do the infra setup from the scratch Having exposure with IT projects planning, organizing, implementation and deployment Need to manage computer networks, servers, and entire infrastructure Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Plans, directs, and coordinates new client launches as the interface for IT team Plans, directs, and coordinates new facility start-ups Plans, directs, and coordinates requirements gathering in support of business objectives Plans, directs, and coordinates the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facility for site relocations, site upgrades, and new location builds. Understanding of Servers, Storage, SFTP and Data center set up. Understanding of DHCP, VLAN, Zscaler, Firewall, and Aspect/Genesys platform
