We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Create project plans, including defining Project scope, objectives and deliverables for Product Development initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule Project team meetings, Scrum ceremonies .
• Collaborate with the Project team to develop Project schedules, timelines and resource allocation.
• Support the Project team in coordinating Project activities, tracking tasks and monitoring Project progress.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication among cross functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and document project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes and action items.
• Support the flow of information and updates between project team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Assist in maintaining Project documentation, including Project plans, requirements, documents, user stories and technical specifications.
• Help ensure that project documentation is organised, up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
• Support the project team in tracking and documenting changes to Project scope and requirements.
• Assist in tracking Project progress against established timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to Project Schedules.
• Help identify and communicate project risk, issues and dependencies to the project team and Stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of regular status, reports and Project dashboard for Management and Stakeholders.
• Assist in conducting Quality Reviews, User Acceptance Testing and bug tracking.
• Support the Project team in resource allocation, tracking team member availability and managing task assignments

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information, Technology or a related field.
• 1-3 years proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in project management, tools and collaboration software.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Eg – Scrum , Kanban
• Excellent, organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast paced environment.
