Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced UI components and features using React. Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices in React development. Implement complex state management solutions to manage data flow efficiently. Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine and implement designs. Optimize application performance, including load times and resource usage. Participate in strategic planning for application features and architecture. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to React best practices.

Advanced proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and performance optimization techniques. Experience with server-side rendering, static site generation, or tools like Next.js. In-depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, or Parcel. Familiarity with CI/CD practices for front-end applications. Strong debugging skills and experience with various developer tools. Knowledge of progressive web app (PWA) technologies.
