Job description
We are looking for someone who is self driven, customer centric and detail-oriented team player. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies through project sales.
Responsibilities
• Proven experience in project/Institutional sales.
• Expand business in allotted area through Architects, Contractors, Builders and Interior Designers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.
• Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.
• Carrying out post order management activities.
• Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
• Achieve sales targets
• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
• Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 1-3 years’ of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
