About Position:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in lead generation. The primary objective of this role would be to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Experience : 6month – 1 year

Main Responsibilities:
• List Building:

– Research and identify potential customers (prospects) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other databases.

– Build lists based on Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas.
• Outbound Prospecting:

– Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services.

– Craft relevant messages to engage prospects.
• Lead Qualification:

– Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess lead quality.

– Determine if prospects meet the criteria to become a sales-qualified lead (SQL).
• Appointment Setting:

– Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
• CRM Management:

– Accurately log and track all prospect interactions in the CRM.

– Maintain up-to-date records of lead status and communication history.
• Collaboration:

– Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

– Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up.
• Market Research:

– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to better tailor outreach efforts.
• Performance Metrics:

– Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.

– Track and report to the Pre-Sales Team Lead on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email response rates, and conversion rates.
