Job description
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hires.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth induction process for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and queries, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Address and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in implementing performance review processes and ensure timely completion of appraisals.
• Track employee performance and assist with setting objectives for development.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Support payroll processing and ensure that salaries and benefits are administered correctly.
• Maintain employee records related to benefits, leave, and compensation.
• Compliance:
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards.
Administration Responsibilities:
• Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office maintenance and other operational needs are met.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
• Manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments for leadership and teams.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and clients.
• Health & Safety:
• Ensure that workplace safety and health standards are met.
• Communication:
• Facilitate internal communication, ensuring employees are informed about company policies, events, and other relevant updates.
• Assist with preparation of company announcements, newsletters, or internal communications.
• Documentation & Filing:
• Maintain an organized system for filing important employee and administrative documents.
• Handle confidential documentation and records with discretion.
• General Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and department heads as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles,
Personal Attributes:
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
