**Job Title: Customer and Onboarding Support**

Location: Thrikkakara, Kochi

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer and Onboarding Support representative. As a part of our fintech company, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their onboarding process and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience.
• *Responsibilities**:

– Assist customers with the onboarding process, including account setup, verification, and documentation submission.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
– Educate customers on our products, services, and features to optimise their usage and satisfaction.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and operations, to relay customer feedback and improve our services.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed assistance to customers.
– Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• *Qualifications**:

– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Fluent in **Hindi**:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic knowledge of financial products and services preferred, but not required.
– Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
– Compensatory time off is provided for working on weekends and holidays.
– Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
