Job Description:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). You will leverage your analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing channels to maximize ROI and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and Affiliate Marketing.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage and optimize bidding strategies, keyword research, and ad copy.
• Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Create and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Setup and use attribution modelling.

Platform Management:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage and optimize ad platform accounts and settings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad platforms and tracking.
• Explore and test new digital marketing channels and technologies.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and optimize campaign performance.
• Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Work with the organic social and SEO teams to ensure marketing message alignment.

Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal spending and return on investment.
• Provide accurate budget forecasts and track spending against planned budgets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with attribution modelling.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA from a reputed institute
• Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
• Experience in EdTech Industry
• Experience with CRM platforms.
