As Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of programs as part of the Systems Integrator vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing program management best practices, optimizing resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives & mine more opportunities from the responsible customer accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will also involve developing and mentoring junior program managers as relevant, to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Program Planning and Execution:
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of assigned programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across projects.
Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood, and regularly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor project managers and leads, providing guidance on best practices, project methodologies, and conflict resolution.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that encourages open communication, accountability, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and training to support team members in their career development.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in on program objectives and deliverables.
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to provide program visibility to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Effectively engage the customer in a leadership role to understand their problems, consult them as relevant and to mine more business opportunities from our product or services offerings.
Manage presales engagement along with systems Integrator service offerings
Technical Qualifications
Skillset:
Expertise in development processes (agile, iterative incremental and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices
Well-versed in Agile Scrum methodologies
Experienced leader skilled in people development, coaching and motivation
Very detail oriented
Efficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Sound understanding of Project Commercials
