We are looking for experienced candidates who are willing travel for our Bengaluru, Chennai & Kerala project offices & Sites.

Job Summary:

The Project Co-ordinator will oversee the end-to-end execution of LPG pipeline installation projects, ensuring that all stages—from planning to execution and quality assurance—are efficiently managed. This role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and labor crews, adhering to strict safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, aligning with client timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
• Oversee the daily operations of LPG pipeline installation projects, monitoring milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project coordinators, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
• Coordination and Supervision:
• Act as the primary point of contact for project coordinators, providing guidance and support in managing their respective areas.
• Liaise with contractors and labor teams, ensuring they understand project requirements and adhere to company standards.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation across projects to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality, ensuring all installations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Address and rectify any deviations from project specifications, ensuring corrective actions are swiftly implemented.
• Coordinate quality checks and testing at each stage of the installation process to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues during project execution.
• Quickly address unforeseen challenges, coordinating with project coordinators and contractors to implement effective solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, quality assessments, and daily progress reports.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management, providing insights on project health, timelines, and any potential issues.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Foster strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and met.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any questions or concerns regarding project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in MEP projects , preferably within LPG pipeline installations, Fire & Safety Projects handling or a similar industry.
