Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between design team execution team and procurement team.
• Allocate work to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor and mentor team members to maintain workflow efficiency on daily basis.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project execution and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, draftsmen, and designers to ensure project success.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of project progress, changes, and approvals.
• Support the execution team in resolving site-related issues.
Education:
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
• Project management: 3 years (Preferred) in interior ,Office fitouts , Office maintenance , Office admin , Facility management
