• Hiring for a Project Manager Civil with 15 yrs to 20 yrs.
• Preferably experience in construction of Hospitals/High rise buildings.
• Manage and coordinate all construction and related activities for commercial and retail projects in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and should have ability to effectively communicate with a large body of clients, both individual and institutional
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Should have attributes like integrity, Team orientation, leadership, adaptability and flexibility, endurance, creativity, and innovative and achievement motivation.
