Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager cum Senior .NET Developer to lead our development team, manage projects, and contribute hands-on to our .NET development efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in .NET technologies, and experience managing end-to-end software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Define project goals, tasks, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are maintained.

Technical Leadership & Development:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

Ensure integration with third-party services, databases, and APIs.

Maintain and improve security best practices in application development.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering professional growth.

Coordinate between development, testing, and business teams.

Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Conduct technical training sessions for team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.

Experience in Azure or AWS cloud services.

Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React.

Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

Strong database design skills and optimization experience in SQL Server.

Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools).

Project Management Skills:

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.

Strong risk assessment and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and quality.

Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.

Experience in ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level application development.

Prior experience in handling client interactions and requirement analysis.
