Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience.
Role involves managing ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects.
Candidate needs to have a strong background in ERP solutions and project management expertise.
Experience with JIRA for project tracking and management is required.
PMP or Scrum Master certification is a strong advantage.
Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Requires defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Must develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
Required to coordinate teams including consultants, developers, and client teams for seamless project execution.
Will be the primary point of contact for clients.
Need to monitor and control project timelines and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks.
Must ensure ERP solutions meet agreed specifications and quality standards.
Role involves facilitating communication between technical and business teams.
Need to conduct regular project status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Must ensure proper documentation of project deliverables, lessons learned, and best practices.
Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in ERP systems and project management methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field is required.
Requires at least 2-4 years of experience focused on ERP/software product implementation and customization.
Must have a proven track record of delivering complex ERP/software development projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite is a must.
Must possess excellent project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar is required.
PMP or Scrum Master certification, experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and experience in ITES or consulting environments are preferred.,
