Role description

Experience Range: 14+ years

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Pune, Trivandrum, Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills:
• 14+ years of experience in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk management
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and data management concepts
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional project teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Budget management experience
• Familiarity with application development lifecycles and support activities

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Experience preparing project documentation and reports
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in project execution

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for multiple concurrent projects
• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as appropriate
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts
• Assign tasks, track progress, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews
• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Manage application support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, business users, and senior management
• Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
• Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, meeting all requirements and standards
• Implement quality control measures and oversee testing activities
• Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
• Prepare and present project status reports, track key metrics, and maintain accurate project documentation

• Work flexible hours and provide overlap support up to 11:00 PM IST as needed
• Night shifts may be required based on project needs and deadlines
