• Project Planning & Design
• Develop project budgets, including cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Track project expenses, manage cash flows, and ensure the project stays within budget constraints.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, contracts, and any modifications.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and other staff.
