Project Manager – Odoo

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹1.25 Lakh per month
Experience: 5+ years
Gender: Male or Female

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, and business analysts) to ensure smooth project execution.
• ERP Functional Knowledge: Apply functional knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
• Time Management & Organization: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role, ideally with experience in ERP implementations.
• ERP Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Odoo ERP.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Client-Facing: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields is preferred.
